The Sting Elite was specially developed for greyhounds. It also suits other dog breeds with an athletic build that carry their tails hanging down.
With the Sting Elite you have a warm winter coat made of comfortable materials that do not crackle.

The Sting Elite is a warm winter coat with a hood in a luxurious design. Outer material with a membrane. Lined with soft teddy fleece. The inner lining is beautifully soft and keeps the dogs very warm. The coat protects the dog's particularly sensitive areas such as the neck, chest and stomach very well.

The Velcro fastener around the waist is secured with an additional plastic buckle. The coat is equipped with reflective elements and printed. The hood is made of waterproof material and lined with fleece. The hood has an extra opening for the leash to the collar.

The sizes are based on the greyhound breeds, but also fit other breeds with a low tail.


Examples of greyhounds:

  • S for whippets (S2 standard whippet female, S3 standard male)
  • M for Sloughis, Salukis, etc.
  • L for Greyhounds, Borzois, etc.

Dimensions

  • A (Red) =Back length of the dog (note measured from the shoulder blade bone directly above the base of the front leg and tail)
  • B, C, D,... (Blue) =Measurement of the shirt (NOT the dog!)

The Sting Elite is the best-selling greyhound coat for severe cold. We can highly recommend the coat!

It is only suitable for low rod carriers. It is not a model for rod holders.

The Sting Elite has a nice, generous coverage in length. Ridgebacks whose length is a little too short for the Gehrry RR L2 can go to size L2 with the Sting Elite and benefit from the slightly longer cut.
